Rewarding users for writing down their goals
A user lists their goal 3 times in a day. This action helps hold them accountable to their goal.
After listing their goal 3 times, the user will earn a POINT in the form of a GOAL TOKEN for their daily goal affirmations.
If enough POINTS are earned, the user can redeem their POINTS for discounts on products and services that will help them achieve their goal. POINTS incentivize the user to write down their goal.
Writing goals acts as an accountability mechanism for the user and reinforces productive behavior throughout the day. The Goal Mechanism also allows a product or service to create a positive relationship with the user by helping them on their journey toward reaching their goal.

There is a hidden power in writing down your goals three times
represents a moment in time where the user is aware of their goals and is affirming to themselves that their goals are something they will accomplish. If an individual writes down their goals one time, it is still better than one simply thinking about their goals to themself. The extra time one takes to stop and write down their goals is important.
represents a defined period of time where the user is aware of their goals and is affirming to themselves that their goals are something they will accomplish. The length of the defined period of time is measured by two endpoints- one being the first time the user writes their goals, and the other being the second time the user writes their goals. By a user writing down their goals twice in a day, they are developing more discipline and dedication to their goals by taking time out of their day to list affirmations. This naturally creates a higher likelihood of demonstrating proper behaviors that coordinate with their goals. It is important to note that there is still much uncertainty of the users' thoughts and actions in the length of time between the two checkpoints.
represents a defined period of time where the user is aware of their goals and is affirming to themselves that their goals are something they will accomplish, while also committing an act of assurance toward their goals at a moment in time within the boundaries of the two endpoints. This is a crucial point, as it harmonizes the affirmed goals of both endpoints. This point of recognition and affirmation will increase the prospect of the user holding themself accountable to their goals as they have now likely written their goals down in multiple settings/environments. Since there is uncertainty as to what actions are being taken between the first and last goal affirmations of the day, this middle checkpoint is important for the user to recognize that they are still making proper decisions that correlate with their goals.
The Goal Mechanism is a tool that is used to help users realize and achieve goals, holding them accountable by way of incentivized compliance to listed affirmations of their goals.
The Goal Mechanism works by having the user list a goal three times per day.
If the user completes the task of listing their goal three times, they will be rewarded a GOAL token, or POINT.
The GOAL token can then be exchanged for (discounts, cryptocurrency, access, rewards, or anything else an advertiser may wish to use as an incentive).
Each goal must be listed at least 2 hours apart, and the first and last goal must be listed at least 6 hours apart.
A goal is very similar to a want or desire, and most people do not end up achieving their goals.
Without the proper accountability it becomes easy for an individual to lose focus on realizing their goals as time progresses. The Goal Mechanism makes users affirm goals to themselves 3 times daily to help keep them on the right track toward success, while simultaneously rewarding them for listing their goals.
At this moment in time, the human attention span is on the decline. There are endless distractions in a human’s day-to-day life that may limit them from achieving the goals they set out to accomplish.
Humans are dealing with depression and a lack of purpose on a massive scale.
Many of the systems that the world has grown accustomed to over the last century are beginning to change, and there is a need for humans to develop adaptability to find success amidst a changing environment.
With the incentives and accountability that the Goal Mechanism provides the user, they will find it easier to realize and achieve their goals through affirmations while simultaneously developing a stronger sense of purpose by accomplishing their goals along the way.
There is currently no accountability mechanism that exists with incentivized compliance to an individual or group’s goals. There is no human accountability mechanism being used to help a user achieve their goals, period. The user will not only experience a stronger attachment to their goals by using the Goal Mechanism as opposed to not using it, but there are many other benefits that come along with it depending on the user.
